Terms of Service

The terms that govern enrollment in and use of Veterans Driving School, LLC courses and this website.

Last updated October 2026

Agreement

These Terms of Service are an agreement between you and Veterans Driving School, LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). They govern your use of our website, online courses, and related services.

Before paying, you will be asked to confirm that you accept these Terms of Service and our Refund and Cancellation Policy. We record the date, time, and version of the terms you accepted. If you do not agree, do not enroll or use the services.

Eligibility and accounts

Provide accurate registration information, including your full legal name and the identifying information required for your course. Your certificate will use your verified legal name. Contact us promptly if your registration information needs correction.

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in access confidential and for all activity under your account. Accounts may not be shared.

Course completion

Each course has its own required study time, lessons, quizzes, identity checks, and final exam. You must personally complete these requirements. The platform records your participation and does not permit you to bypass required study time.

The eight-hour Virginia Online Driver Improvement Course requires eight hours, including the final examination. The four-hour Reckless and Aggressive Driving Course has its own required study time. Both courses require a score of 80 percent or higher on the final exam. Final exam retakes are unlimited and included at no additional charge, limited to one attempt per business day.

You must complete your own coursework and examinations. Permitted assistive technology and reasonable accommodations do not violate the personal-completion requirement. Completing a course on someone else's behalf, or having someone complete a course for you, is prohibited.

Course access lasts 90 days from enrollment. If you need more time, contact us and school staff can extend your access.

Certificates and DMV reporting

Your certificate is issued after you complete the required coursework and study time, pass the final exam, and the school completes the required identity verification. The certificate is then emailed automatically to the address on your account. If you authorize delivery to an attorney or another recipient, a copy is sent to that recipient.

The eight-hour course and the four-hour course issue different certificates. The eight-hour Virginia Online Driver Improvement Course issues the DMV standardized certificate of completion (DIC 552B), and completions are reported to Virginia DMV through the DMV Extranet in accordance with DMV requirements. The four-hour Reckless and Aggressive Driving Course issues the school's own certificate of completion and is not reported to DMV.

Sending a certificate to your attorney does not itself file it with a court. You remain responsible for confirming that any required recipient receives your certificate by the applicable deadline.

Confirm acceptance before you enroll

Verify with the requesting court, agency, or insurer that an online course from this provider satisfies what you have been asked to complete. Veterans Driving School does not decide what a court or agency will accept.

Veterans Driving School provides driver education, not legal services. Course content and customer-support information are educational and do not create an attorney-client relationship. We do not interpret court orders or advise students about their individual cases.

Completing our two courses together does not automatically satisfy every ASAP or RADEP requirement. Our online driver improvement course does not satisfy a requirement that specifically calls for a commercial driver improvement clinic.

Payment, pricing, and refunds

Each course costs $50, or $100 for both. There are no additional processing or certificate fees. Fees are due in full at enrollment and are charged in U.S. dollars.

Refunds are governed by our Refund and Cancellation Policy. A course counts as started the first time you open its instructional content. A course you have not started is refundable within 14 calendar days of purchase; a course you have started is not refundable. If you purchase both courses and start only one, each course is judged separately. Duplicate payments are refunded in full, and a course that the school cancels or that a technical problem on our side prevents you from accessing is refunded in full or given a free replacement enrollment.

An identity check that does not pass and is sent to staff for review is not, by itself, misconduct and does not forfeit your enrollment.

Nothing in our refund policy limits any refund or other remedy required by applicable law.

Acceptable use

You may not copy, record, redistribute, or resell course content; attempt to bypass study-time tracking, identity checks, or exam controls; share an account; interfere with the operation of the platform; or use the services for any unlawful purpose. You may download and print your certificate and any other materials we expressly provide for that purpose.

We may place a temporary hold on an account while we complete an identity or security review. A hold is not a finding of misconduct. We may terminate an account, and invalidate any certificate obtained through it, for confirmed misconduct such as cheating, impersonation, or account sharing.

Intellectual property

All course content, text, video, audio, graphics, and software are owned by Veterans Driving School, LLC or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. Enrollment grants you a limited, personal, non-transferable license to access the content for your own course completion.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The services are provided as is. We do not guarantee any particular legal, court, DMV, or insurance outcome from completing a course.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Veterans Driving School, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the services, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the course at issue.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights or remedies that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date. The version of the terms you accepted at enrollment governs that enrollment.

Questions about these terms can be sent to admin@veteransdrivingschool.com or asked by phone at (844) 740-7946.
