Refund and Cancellation Policy
Fair, simple, and stated up front. Here is how refunds work.
Last updated October 2026
Overview
Each course costs $50, or $100 for both courses. These are one-time purchases with no additional processing or certificate fees. This policy explains when refunds are available and how to request one.
Before you start the course
You may cancel your enrollment and receive a full refund within 14 calendar days of purchase, provided you have not started the course. A course is considered started when you first access its instructional content. Creating an account, completing registration, uploading identification, or reviewing enrollment instructions does not count as starting the course.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method and typically appear within 5 to 10 business days, depending on the payment processor and financial institution.
After you start the course
Once you begin accessing instructional content, your course fee is nonrefundable. This applies regardless of how much of the course you complete or whether you pass the final examination. The course fee pays for access to our educational instruction, not for a particular examination result, certificate, or court outcome.
Exceptions may apply to duplicate payments, problems caused by the school that prevent delivery of the purchased course, or refunds otherwise required by law.
Purchasing both courses
If you purchase both courses for $100, refund eligibility is determined separately for each $50 course. Starting one course does not affect your eligibility for a refund of the other, provided the other course has not been started and the refund request is made within 14 calendar days of purchase.
Wrong course
If you enrolled in the wrong course, contact us before starting. We can transfer your enrollment to another course or issue a refund if you meet the eligibility requirements above.
Once you begin a course, its fee is nonrefundable, even if you later determine that a different course is required by your court, DMV, or attorney, subject to the exceptions stated in this policy.
Failed exams
Failing the final examination does not qualify an enrollment for a refund. Final examination retakes are included at no additional charge, subject to the one-attempt-per-business-day restriction.
Technical problems
If a problem on our side prevents you from completing the course and we cannot resolve it, we will refund the amount paid for the affected course. Please contact us so we can attempt to resolve the issue before processing a refund.
Payment disputes
If you have a billing concern, please contact us so we can help resolve it. This does not limit your right to dispute a charge with your bank or card issuer.
How to request a refund
Email admin@veteransdrivingschool.com with your name, the email address associated with your account, and the course you wish to cancel. Refund eligibility is determined by when we receive your request, not when staff reviews it.
Nothing in this policy limits any refund or other remedy required by applicable law. Changes to this policy apply to purchases made on or after the new effective date.
